Software Engineering Manager Role Description:

The Software Engineering Manager – SysGen will be responsible for:

• Being highly technical and an effective manager in an infrastructure domain
• Leading teams over high-stake multiple projects while keeping team morale and efficiency high
• Working with the team and XFN partners while defining and tailoring strategy
• Driving roadmap creation and execution
• Collaborating with various functions, driving engineering initiatives, and having an impact at an organizational level
• Participating in technical design
• Partnering with leadership to influence and drive organization design, contribution, and prioritization

Qualifications:

• Having a bachelor’s/masters in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience)
• Experience showing a splendid record of supporting technical teams and infrastructure engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and background in coding
• Knowledge of growing teams and/or organizations
