Social Media Coordinator

The British Racing & Sports Car Club (BRSCC) is looking for a creative, motivated Social Media Coordinator to help grow and shape the Club’s digital presence across social media, web, and member communications.

This is a hands‑on role at the heart of UK motorsport, supporting the promotion of the BRSCC and its racing portfolio throughout the racing season. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging, regular content that brings our events, drivers, and community to life.

The role can be tailored to suit either an employer or freelance/consultancy basis, depending on the candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing BRSCC content output across social media channels, including multiple Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Publishing pre- and post‑event content across digital platforms
  • Working closely with Club staff, partners, and championship coordinators
  • Monitoring engagement and reporting on performance and growth
  • Updating, refreshing, and maintaining front‑end website content
About You
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content
  • Experience using email and newsletter tools
  • Confident with design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  • Well organised, creative, and able to work independently
  • A strong interest in motorsport and an understanding of the racing environment
  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or digital role
Location & Travel
  • The role can be based at the BRSCC Head Office in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, or undertaken remotely/home‑based by agreement, depending on the successful candidate’s location and individual requirements.
  • Attendance at selected race events required
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
