Role Overview

We are seeking a Small Works Estimator to work within the Small Works Estimating Team out of our Leeds Office. The successful person will be a self‑motivated individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Compile Small Works quotations from engineering leads, clients and CRM requests.
  • Source required materials from approved suppliers.
  • Upload and manage quotations on our client portals.
  • Liaise and arrange technical surveys.
  • Process clients purchase orders through to our Sales team.
  • Manage a close working relationship with the CRM, CRD and New Business teams.
  • Manage a close working relationship with our Engineering team.
  • Manage outstanding and assigned quotations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Industry knowledge preferred (full training will be given).
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Self‑motivated.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work alone and effectively organise your time.
  • Office‑based role, working hours 08:30-17:00 with a one hour lunch break.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo BS7858 employment screening and a DBS check.
