A leading charity organization is looking for a dedicated Skill Coach to join their team in Islington. This full-time role involves providing tailored support to learners with SEND and aims to help them achieve sustained paid employment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Educational and SEN sectors, excellent communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. We’re seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Skill Coach to join our dynamic team in Islington on a full-time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week).In this crucial role, you’ll be the driving force behind our employability programs, including Supported Internships, providing tailored support to learners with SEND.Do you want to see what we do? You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes for the learner. You will deliver support in various ways; 1-1 job coaching, working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English and Math learning in the workplace. The role aims to support people to learn the skills they need to go on and achieve sustained paid employment.
What You’ll Need (Essential):
Please be prepared to provide evidence of your GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at the interview stage.
