Location: The Compleat Food Group, Queens Drive, Nottingham, NG2 1LU

Working Hours: 3 on 3 off 06:00 – 18:00 – 37 hours average per week

Your Role:

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be:

• Jet washing equipment, scrubbing down the production floor, you’ll be ensuring every inch of our factory is spotless and food-safe.
• You’ll use top-grade cleaning products and equipment
• Stick to gold-standard hygiene procedures
• Work as part of a close-knit team keeping everything spick and span
• Play a key role in food safety and production excellence
• Be the reason our bakery runs smoothly and our customers stay happy!
• Own your shift’s performance, ensuring accurate reporting, team briefings, and equipment checks

What We’re Looking For:

• Has experience in food hygiene (a bonus, not essential – we’ll train you!)
• Is enthusiastic, dependable, and proactive
• Isn’t afraid to get stuck in and work hard
• Has a flexible mindset and can adapt to different cleaning challenges
