Job summary

A financial services company is looking for an Administrative Support role for their SIPP team based in Greater London. The position involves onboarding new clients, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in pensions and SIPP operations, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Candidates with familiarity in payroll processing and specific software tools will be preferred. The role requires flexibility in hours and a strong collaborative spirit within the team.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Pension and SIPP experience is desirable.
  • Experience of payroll processing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of client account records, including AML client ID guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Process and check all SIPP client onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulation, specifically MiFID II.
  • Manage account opening and all documentation with third-party administrator.

Education

Completion of the CII certificate in pensions administration (FA2)
