- Continually develop the team’s knowledge about the quality of our food and coffee
- Ensure Barista Prepared Drinks are made by trained employees consistently, and to the highest standard
- Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards to protect the safety of the team and customers
- Monitor and record safety checks and take corrective action as needed
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and equipment well maintained
- Demonstrate due diligence and report and escalate any quality issues
- Maximise sales, labour efficiency and profit through effective planning and execution
- Carry out ordering accurately and in line with business needs
- Lead, monitor and follow up on Mystery Shopper requirements
- Ensure good stock control by following established procedures
- Follow Merchandising guidelines and use marketing to drive sales
- Support successful food launches and foster clear, engaging communication between kitchen and front of house
