Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a SHES Advisor or in a Health & Safety role.
  • Experience on Civil Engineering/Construction Projects.
  • NEBOSH qualification and understanding of key standards.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on Health & Safety responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with SHESQ Plans.
  • Conduct accident investigations and recommend improvements.
  • Manage SHESQ related data and audits.
  • Implement Best Practices and innovations.

Skills

Experience in SHES Advisor or Health & Safety
Experience on Civil Engineering/Construction Projects
NEBOSH qualified
Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and BS OHSAS 18001
