A leading international law firm in London seeks a ServiceNow Product Owner to drive the platform's strategic development. This hybrid role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have experience in SaaS project delivery and a background in legal or professional services. The position demands an innovative approach to process improvement and collaboration across diverse global teams.

The ServiceNow Product Owner is responsible for the strategy and development of the ServiceNow Platform. This role is responsible for driving knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform to the different business functions to ensure that all of the ServiceNow capability is understood by the business, thus allowing for more key business processes to be potentially delivered across the platform.
The role will be responsible for building and owning the short, medium, and long term roadmaps for ServiceNow and will ensure that it is aligned to the business vision and strategy. The role will also ensure that IT Service Management processes are underpinned by the ServiceNow Platform and the right IT teams are engaged along the evolution the platform.
Working closely with the Global Technology Services Director and the Chief Transformation Officer this role will ensure the right governance frameworks are in place to ensure that both the operations and transformations of strategic solutions are aligned and compliment the business needs.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the ServiceNow Platform has the right support model in place and that all development and enhancements to the platform goes through the right governance framework and delivered in a controlled manner.
