Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chemical Technician or Oil and Gas Technician is optional.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for safely executing service operations at expert level including trials in line with given standards and defined scope
  • Execute defined service tasks self-responsibly while adhering to given work instructions. Support to create and improve work instructions.
  • Document and report defined scope of work, conduct (KPI, performance) reviews with customers. Create and communicate performance reports and recommendations to customers.
  • Troubleshoot service situations and handle objections professionally
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and ensure all business and service activities meet/exceed customer KPI's.
  • Capture & share customer insights and opportunities for new projects to support organic growth
  • Extend customer relationships at all technical and operational levels.
  • Compliance & Safety: ensure adherence to given standards, promote a safety culture, ensure implementation of competency framework and on-time execution of required trainings.
  • Onboard and train Technical Field Service team
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemicals or Chemical / Petroleum Engineering
  • Optional with proven experience: Chemical Technician or Oil and Gas Technician.
  • 5-10 year of experience in the oil and gas field and/or laboratory.
