A leading automotive service provider in Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Service Manager to take full responsibility for the Service Department. You will lead a team, ensuring high performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong workshop control experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. We are looking for an established, confident Service Manager — someone who knows what good looks like in a modern main-dealer workshop and has the presence, discipline, and leadership capability to deliver it consistently.
As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Service Department, leading an experienced team across workshop, service advisors, warranty, and support functions.
