Responsibilities
  • Updating internal systems on receipt of customer orders, insurance work, etc.
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers via email and telephone to agree dates for works.
  • Ordering materials and supporting technicians with technical queries.
  • Managing in‑wards materials and arranging distribution to engineers and sub‑contractors.
  • Closing repairs and ensuring monthly targets are met.
  • Managing live order book, forecasting production and reporting accurately.
  • Guiding customer expectations on company services.
  • Supporting the regional office service administration functions.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), databases and online portals.
  • Approachable, organised and able to meet demanding deadlines.
