A leading UK tech firm seeks an experienced Service Architect to support sales and manage service solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in service architecture, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. As a Service Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process, ensuring the integrity of managed service solutions, and driving both new business and customer retention. You’ll bridge technical and operational expertise, working closely with subject matter experts to deliver solutions that truly align with client needs and Littlefish’s operational strengths.
