About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. This isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building trusted relationships and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You will:

  • Set clear expectations and keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
  • Follow up to ensure customers are delighted with the work carried out
What we’re looking for
  • Previous customer-facing experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on customer care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
