Known for its collaborative and friendly approach, the agency comprises a dedicated team of designers, developers, and marketers committed to helping businesses connect with their clients both online and offline. Services include graphic design, website design, and logo and branding design, SEO, digital marketing, and social media advertising, which are customised to meet each client’s needs.

Turning Insight into Impact: join us as our SEO specialist

We are looking for a skilled SEO specialist to help drive growth and deliver high-quality organic performance for our clients. You will play a key role in planning, executing and delivering effective SEO strategies, from keyword research and optimisation through to creating engaging, search-focused content.

If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about all things SEO then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Developing results-centric SEO strategies

Work with our internal team and with clients directly to map out and deliver overarching SEO strategies. This includes technical optimisation, on-page improvements, and content planning and creation workflows designed to support performance.

Keyword Research & Strategy

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify target terms and optimisation opportunities, integrating these into a clear and actionable plan.

Content Creation & Delivery

Plan, write and deliver high-quality SEO content and website copy, including blogs, landing pages, full site copy for new builds, and other on-site assets. Ensure all content aligns with keyword strategy, SEO best practices and brand tone. Manage content briefs, coordinate internal reviews, and publish/upload content as required.

Website Copywriting

Write clear, engaging, user-focused website copy for new website design projects, including homepage messaging, service pages, about pages and supporting content. Ensure all copy aligns with brand tone, UX best practice and SEO requirements.

Workflow Management

Work with the wider team to create and manage a prioritised calendar of activity, including content production schedules, to maximise performance and ensure timely delivery across all workflows.

Client Delivery

Implement on-page and off-page optimisation, ensuring best practices are applied across technical elements, content, metadata, site architecture, speed and structured data. Produce and publish SEO-optimised content as required to support client goals and enhance visibility.

Performance Monitoring

Track and analyse SEO performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Provide performance updates and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvement and future activity.

Work closely with technical SEO, content specialists, Paid Media, Development and Creative teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and enhance the overall user experience.

SEO Audits

Deliver regular SEO audits for clients and new business prospects. Present clear findings, recommendations and proposed areas of focus to support improved performance.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Serve as the contact for assigned client accounts, providing regular updates on SEO activity, content progress and performance outcomes. Build strong, proactive relationships by offering strategic insights, responding to queries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Report directly to the SEO Lead/Line Manager on progress, priorities and any risks or opportunities identified.

Service & Team Development

Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates and emerging technologies. Proactively contribute new ideas to evolve our services. Lead internal training on SEO platforms, strategies and best practice when needed. Be future focused about emerging areas such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). Support the development of future service offerings in these areas, experimenting with new approaches and sharing insights with the team.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, either agency based or as a freelancer, ideally working on client accounts with strong results and ROI.
  • SEO Knowledge: Demonstrable ability in on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, content planning, and use of tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog and keyword platforms.
  • Content Writing: Ability to write clear, engaging, search-focused content with experience producing blogs, landing pages and other SEO-driven assets.
  • Wider Knowledge: Understanding of paid search and how it integrates with organic efforts.
  • Use of Emerging AI Tools: Confident in exploring and adopting new AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, enhance content quality and support data‑led SEO strategy. Proactive in identifying opportunities to use AI safely, responsibly and creatively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to translate technical insights and performance data into client‑friendly explanations.
  • Client Management: Experience managing day-to-day client relationships, handling feedback constructively, and acting as the primary point of contact on active projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other reporting tools. Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, data‑driven approach.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and strategically when developing content and optimisation ideas.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative team player who can work effectively with specialists across multiple disciplines.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, balance competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work to deadlines.
