Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience working with children/young people experiencing mental health difficulties.
• Experience working in a team and contributing to peer supervision.
• Ability to manage workload and thrive in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective support to young people.
• Coordinate projects with the Team Lead.
• Respond to safeguarding concerns.
