Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Tooling Engineer to oversee and grow our ROV tooling hire and sales operation in the UK. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the end-to-end tooling lifecycle—ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain, test, and repair ROV tooling systems
  • Assemble and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical equipment
  • Support clients with technical guidance and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with technicians and sales on projects and tenders
  • Manage maintenance records, spare parts, and inventory
  • Develop safe testing procedures and mentor junior staff
Competence requirements
  • Industry relevant experience of minimum 5 year.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in ROV tooling systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Right to work in the UK.
