A care home group in Uxbridge is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality support to residents, lead a team of Support Workers, and promote independence among those with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. This position requires commitment and offers a salary of £14.50 per hour along with various benefits.

Our newly established 8-bedded residential care home specialises in supporting young individuals with learning disabilities, Autism and ADHD helping them achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the care home, providing high-quality support to residents while leading and mentoring junior staff. You will be an advocate for the residents, promoting independence and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.
