Rushcliffe Care Group provides specialist adult social care and healthcare services across the Midlands and South Wales. Our services include mental health hospitals, learning disability services, dementia care, neuro rehabilitation, and specialist environments that support people with complex needs. You will be joining a team focused on safe, person centred support and high quality care.
This advert covers all Rushcliffe Care Group services. Our teams work with service users who may have mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, behaviours of concern, physical health needs, or long term conditions. Each service aims to create a supportive, structured environment where people can achieve independence, stability, and meaningful outcomes.
Senior Support Workers play a key leadership role in our services. You will support service users with physical, social, and psychological needs under the guidance of Qualified Nurses or Care Team Leaders. You will also mentor, guide, and support junior staff and act as a role model for good practice. This includes leading by example to ensure that our values and working standards are consistently upheld.
