A leading support organization is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role involves helping individuals with disabilities in their daily routines while leading a team of caregivers. Strong communication skills and a Level 2 diploma in Health & Social Care are essential. Competitive salary of £29,367 per annum with numerous benefits including guaranteed hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Salary: £29,367 per annum (£15.06 per hour) plus benefits
Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday, shift rota basis – shifts may vary depending on the needs of the people we support)
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Joe – is an amazing young man, he loves to chill, trampoline, go out and shop. He loves to keep busy.
Jason – is an independent man who enjoys going out shopping or for walks.
