Qualifications

• A Social Work qualification is required.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality reports is essential.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures is mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Support foster carers in achieving positive outcomes for children.
• Monitor the suitability of foster carers.
• Record regular supervision of allocated foster carers.
• Work with the team to address needs within foster families.
• Ensure compliance with required documentation.
• Attend meetings and provide reports for Commissioning Teams.
• Promote children's participation in agency development.
