• Understanding of commercial issues in medium scale construction projects.
• Previous experience as Senior/Site Manager/Agent in water/wastewater/pipelines.
• CSCS Card (Supervisor or Manager) is essential.
• SMSTS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote best practices in health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Produce Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
• Ensure safe workplaces with effective supervision and welfare facilities.
• Review and maintain safe systems of work.
• Set personal example in safety, quality, and environment.
• Chair weekly meetings regarding safety, progress, and costs.
• Ensure high standard of quality on the works.
