Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in residential construction.
• Experience of effectively managing teams.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support site staff.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain records.
