As a Sales Development Representative you will be the tip of the spear of our sales pipeline – proactively identifying and reaching out to construction teams who can benefit from our platform, setting up demos, and building strong relationships that drive our growth. You'll play a key role in understanding industry challenges, tailoring outreach to the right teams, and making sure every conversation adds value. Beyond opening doors, you'll help set up processes that will allow us to scale our outreach across US and UK (depending on which market you'll be supporting).
You'll be part of our Growth team, working closely with sales, marketing, and product experts. Together, we tell Shape's story to the world and build connections with those who haven't yet experienced how game‑changing our platform is.
