# Senior Reward Advisor## This person can be based in our Bath on a hybrid working model. As Senior Reward Advisor, you will report to the Head of Global Reward and play a key role in designing and delivering our global reward and benefits strategy across a growing international business. You will join a well-established Reward team supporting a global practice of engineers, designers and advisors, ensuring our reward offering attracts, motivates and retains exceptional people. **About The Role**In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues and senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Global Director of HR Services, to develop comprehensive reward solutions aligned to our business goals and values. You will act as a trusted specialist, providing clear, data-led reward advice to leadership and HR business partners.**What you’ll be doing:*** Shaping and supporting the delivery of our global reward strategy in partnership with the Head of Global Reward, HR and senior leaders.* Managing key elements of the annual reward and benefits cycle, including salary review, policy updates, benefits renewals and associated communications.* Conducting salary and benefits benchmarking, managing compensation survey submissions and providing market-specific insights for pay reviews.* Producing regular reward and benefits reporting, analysing market and internal data, and making clear recommendations on pay and benefits packages.* Implementing and managing variable remuneration schemes for employees and partners, working with finance and business leadership where appropriate.* Partnering with external providers to design, review and manage employee and partner benefits across multiple geographies.* Supporting legislative reward reporting requirements, including providing insight and analysis for annual gender pay gap reporting and other disclosures.* Leading or supporting job levelling and grading activities for new and existing roles, using methodologies such as Willis Towers Watson, and contributing to grade harmonisation projects.* Helping drive pay equity and pay transparency initiatives across our global offices, aligned to our inclusive, people-first culture.**What We Are Looking For:*** Proven experience in Reward and Benefits, including ownership of cyclical reward activities in a complex or matrixed organisation.* Strong numeracy with advanced Excel skills and the ability to interrogate data, build robust analyses and produce accurate reporting.* Excellent attention to detail in both numerical and written work, with a confident communication style that builds credibility at all levels.* Experience of job levelling and grading; knowledge of Willis Towers Watson methodology would be an advantage.* Proven experience as a Reward/Compensation analyst or advisor in an international environment, with an analytical and continuous improvement mindset.* Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work at pace, prioritise effectively and adapt in a fast-moving environment.* Experience in compensation practice, including job evaluation, benchmarking and, ideally, LTIPs or other variable pay schemes.At Buro Happold, we believe in creating a better, more sustainable world.
