A support services organization is looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to provide care and support to children and young people in a trauma-informed manner. This permanent role requires a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and a commitment to making a positive impact. Job description

Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (DOE)
Working Hour: No less than 37 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (DOE)
Number of Sleeps Required: As required
Pay Per Sleep: £58.40
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Children and Young People (EBD, Trauma, Neglect)
Qualifications Required: Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in Years Required: 1 year (preferred)
Employment Type: Permanent
