Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Milton Keynes seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost consultancy services on high-value construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, and preferably chartered status (MRICS). Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of procurement methods and forms of contract.
• Chartered status (MRICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties for complex projects.
• Prepare detailed cost plans and budgets at various design stages.
• Lead tendering and procurement processes including BOQ production.
