Qualifications

• 3 years experience as an estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
• Clear understanding of the full project management lifecycle.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and cash flow forecasts.
• Undertake costs analysis and reporting on project work (pre-and-post contract).
• Assist in establishing the client's requirements and undertake budget cost studies.
