Qualifications

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor.
• Confidence working collaboratively with project teams and clients.
• Ability to manage subcontractor commercial activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial management support across major civil engineering projects.
• Produce regular cost, value, and performance reports for senior management.
• Mentor junior commercial staff and support their development.

Skills

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Collaborative working skills

Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word

Education

Working towards CICES membership or equivalent
