Qualifications

  • Completion of social care mandatory training or willingness to complete.
  • In depth understanding of quality systems for care organizations.
  • Experience working within a service audited by CQC, RQIA, CIW or OFSTED.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the business plan through quality framework.
  • Ensure services meet regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Manage service delivery in line with authority contract.

Skills

Level 5 diploma or professional qualification in related field
