Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager for a main contractor.
• Experience leading new‑build industrial, logistics, or large commercial projects (£10m+).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative, solution‑focused approach.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to deliver projects to tight programmes.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong client‑facing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of industrial and logistics projects.
• Develop and deliver project programmes in line with budget, scope, and client expectations.
• Oversee site delivery teams and ensure subcontractor performance meets high standards.
• Drive proactive health, safety, and environmental leadership across all project activities.
• Manage project risk, procurement, and change control processes.
• Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and senior management.
• Champion quality control, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
