An established and family-run nursery is seeking a warm and caring Senior Nursery Nurse to join their team in Fleet. This role involves acting as a Deputy Suite Lead for the Over 2’s suite, where your experience will be invaluable in supporting children and ensuring a nurturing environment. Wentwood House Day Nursery is part of a family owned group of day nurseries located in Fleet- GU52 and is located within walking distance of Fleet town centre and the station. A well established nursery in the area, we benefit from large outdoor spaces as well as a Forest Area that is equipped with beautifully handmade and bespoke wooden equipment.
We are currently looking for a warm, caring, patient and happy individual to join our team in Fleet as Senior Nursery Nurse- acting as a Deputy Suite Lead for our Over 2’s suite. Your many years of experience may also prompt you to apply for the additional titles of 3rd in Charge and Nursery SENCO to ensure the smooth and happy running of the nursery and supporting those with emerging or identified needs.
This role requires a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and a 41 hour over 4.5 day per week shift pattern (Mon- Fri 8-6 with 1 half day each week).

Most recently, we are excited to be supporting and funding a number of colleagues as they undertake their Level 5 qualification.

Requirements: In date First Aid, food hygiene and Safeguarding certificate are desirable, but training is provided.
