Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve quality control systems and processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure quality performance.
• Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards.
• Act as Quality Management Representative for the site.
• Support internal and external quality audits and certifications.
• Investigate customer complaints and warranty claims.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
