Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering people change in complex or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven background in leading organisational design end to end, both design and implementation.
  • Ability to influence, engage and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Confident leading change in ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, working independently or through others.
