Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role.
• Experience managing or supporting a small team within a parts or aftersales environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify, source, and order vehicle parts using manufacturer systems.
• Manage trade, retail, and workshop parts requirements.
• Support and mentor junior Parts Advisors.
• Prepare quotations and process invoices.
• Ensure departmental KPIs and service levels are met.

Salary:£29,500 - £34,300 OTE

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge, exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of our Parts Department. Working closely with the Aftersales team, technicians and trade customers, you will ensure that all parts enquiries, orders and stock movements are handled accurately and efficiently.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, supporting junior members of the team, and maintaining a high level of organisation and professionalism within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling parts enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Identifying, sourcing and ordering vehicle parts using manufacturer systems
• Managing trade, retail and workshop parts requirementsMaintaining stock levels, inventory accuracy and parts storage standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior Parts Advisors
• Preparing quotations and processing invoices
• Ensuring departmental KPIs, service levels and deadlines are met
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
• Upholding Sandicliffe’s standards of customer service, quality and compliance

About You

• Previous experience in a Senior Parts Advisor role

• Experience managing or supporting a small team within a parts or aftersales environment
• Strong technical and product knowledge within the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Confident using dealer management and manufacturer systems
• A proactive and collaborative team player
• Full UK driving licence
