Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector.
• Experience on major rail or civils projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer NEC contracts (main and subcontracts).
• Lead on cost control, valuations, and change management.
• Prepare and negotiate interim and final accounts.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Support procurement and subcontract management activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.

Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts

Education
