About the Role
The role leads the marketing strategy for OUP’s UK revision and test‑practice portfolio, with a strong focus on consumer audiences. You’ll shape compelling customer propositions, develop messaging tailored to different learning stages, and deliver innovative go‑to‑market campaigns across school, trade and direct‑to‑consumer channels. A key part of the role is driving growth by building market‑leading offerings, strengthening brand awareness, and ensuring our products stand out in a competitive consumer landscape.
You will use data‑driven insight to refine marketing plans, track performance across B2C and B2B activity, and work closely with digital product teams to optimise customer experience, retention and lifetime value. The role also manages relationships with agencies, partners, authors and influencers to ensure high‑quality delivery across all touchpoints, while overseeing budgets and ensuring strong return on investment.
As the leader of the portfolio marketing team, you’ll set a clear vision, develop talent, and champion innovation. You’ll stay ahead of consumer trends, bring fresh thinking to campaigns and channels, and contribute to the wider UK marketing strategy through customer insight and market research.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
