Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital-setting and portfolio analysis for Partner Syndicates, guiding loss ratios, risk splits and business plan assumptions.
• Review and challenge Standard Formula/internal model outputs; embed capital thinking into pricing, underwriting and reinsurance discussions.
• Deliver capital and regulatory submissions, including IMAP activity and Lloyd’s approvals.
• Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners, providing clear, influential guidance.

What You’ll Bring
