Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity.
• Communicate internally and externally as trusted advisor.
• Deliver accurate and professional due diligence reports to clients.
• Analyze and provide technical input on insurance coverage.
• Identify transaction issues and work with third-party advisors.
• Prepare spreadsheets and analyze data.
• Prepare proposals and make presentations to clients.
