Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of RTA personal injury claims, with a strong focus on litigated cases.
• Handle Hire, Storage, and Recovery matters.
• Work with claims governed by the following protocols:
• Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims below the Small Claims Limit in Road Traffic Accidents (RTA Small Claims Protocol).
• Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury Claims in Road Traffic Accidents.
• Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Consistently hit monetary targets.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
