This role is critical to ensuring that financial insights used by leadership are underpinned by robust, traceable, and well-governed data flows.**Job Description:*** Assist in mapping financial data flows across systems and dashboards.* Support the implementation of control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.* Monitor exception reports and investigate data anomalies or breaks.* Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to document data processes and control points.* Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of data flows and control procedures.* Participate in testing and validation during system changes or upgrades.* Assess workflows to identify risk mitigation opportunities and articulate vertical/horizontal adjacencies.* Rapidly assimilate business context, including understanding products, services, user profiles, and internal transformations impacting finance operations.**Additional Information:*** Flexibility to overlap with global time zones as needed.**Qualifications:*** Postgraduate degree – MBA, CA/ICWA (Inter).* 2–4 years of relevant experience post-qualification in FP&A, management reporting, decision support, or financial data analysis.* Certification in Data Science or BI tools is a plus.* Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, and Excel-based reporting.* Basic understanding of data governance and internal controls.* Solid attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.**Required Skills:*** Hands-on experience with planning/reporting systems – Oracle, SAP Business Objects, Hyperion, or other OLAP tools.* Experience with ERPs like SAP and Oracle.* Solid background in data analytics with a track record of delivering actionable insights.* Demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholder groups across time zones.* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; familiarity with Visual Basic and Power BI is a plus.* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.* Team-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven.* Curious mindset with the ability to understand business flows and context.* Comfortable with evolving systems, processes, and organizational prioritie* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication**Career Stage:**Senior Associate**London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information:**Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
