• Proven experience in server infrastructure administration and third-line support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Hands-on expertise with HP storage platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments.
• Diagnose and resolve third-line support issues across servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Manage HP storage and Veeam backup platforms to maintain business continuity.
