Qualifications

• Demonstrated engineering qualification leading to Chartered Engineer status.
• Previous experience of operational work within a DNO/TNO environment.
• Existing knowledge of Power Systems Protection and Control practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of departmental work programmes.
• Communicate with Transmission Operations team effectively.
• Maintain strong working relationships with all departmental interfaces.
• Implement risk control framework and strategies.
• Assist in developing and coaching trainees.

Skills

Engineering qualification (BSc/BEng)

Computer literacy (Microsoft packages)

Current full UK driving licence
