We are seeking a publications designer who is highly skilled at design and data visualization, and passionate about science and medical innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse design projects for our global clients. The focus is to help grow our scientific publications offering, requiring the individual to create impactful visual content that supports and enriches scientific communications.

Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people want to work. We have offices in the US, UK, and Europe, with many employees and clients serving as hubs. For employees within an hour of an office, we expect in‑office attendance two days per week at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are actively opening new office locations; if one opens near you, the Real HART policy will apply. We believe team meetings, 1:1s with managers, on‑site learning, and client partner interactions are critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside these offices, employees work remotely but collaborate quarterly for culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach.
