Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to understand data needs and provide insights.
• Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Implement data-driven solutions to support strategic initiatives.
• Lead analytics projects on product profitability, client lifecycle, and acquisition funnel optimization.
• Identify key conversion points and areas for optimization within the client acquisition process.
• Explore external data sources for additional insights.
• Mentor analysts and promote data governance best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, preferably in Finance/FX.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and SQL, DAX.
• Ability to develop predictive models and understand data modeling principles.
• Knowledge of data lineage and metadata management.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Additional Skills (Plus)

• Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and programming languages like Python or R.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations, data standards, and Agile methodologies.
