A well-known clothing retailer in London is seeking a Senior CRM Campaigns Manager to lead marketing strategies across email, SMS, and direct mail. The role involves managing a team, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring effective communications. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in CRM or lifestyle marketing. This time, we’re on the lookout for a Senior CRM Campaigns Manager, to work with Abigail from our Marketing team.
We are looking for 12-month maternity cover for the Senior CRM Manager – Campaigns, for our Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving strategy and execution of core BAU marketing and promotional plans across email, SMS and direct mail.
In this role, you will be uncovering insights and taking action through analysing channel and customer performance, making impactful decisions that will deliver on business and marketing KPIs. You will help deliver relevance, efficiency and profitability to our customer base, with a focus to supporting our highly engaged Active segment.
