Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM production, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Braze, including Canvas and data structures.
• Ability to mentor and lead a small team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM Production Team, ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns.
• Own the build and deployment of growth campaigns in Braze.
• Implement a multi-stage QA framework to guarantee campaign effectiveness.
