What You’ll Do

• Lead on content strategy and quality across your product area, driving best practices in UX writing, content design, and accessibility.
• Partner with design, product, and support teams to solve content challenges and improve the customer journey.
• Use research, analytics, and feedback to understand user needs and continuously improve content.
• Write and refine UI copy, help articles, onboarding flows, and in‑app communications.
• Define tone of voice frameworks and contribute to IRIS’s wider content vision and strategy.
• Conduct reviews and share feedback to uplift the quality of content across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience defining and delivering content strategy in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience managing people or projects, and leading on large‑scale content initiatives.
• Skilled in data‑driven, user‑centred content design – familiar with user journey mapping and ‘jobs to be done’.
• Strong UX writing skills with an ability to simplify complex, technical, or financial concepts.
• A collaborator and influencer – confident building relationships and aligning stakeholders.
• A growth mindset – comfortable working at pace, taking initiative, and embracing feedback.
