You are part of the Digital team at RX, dedicated to enhancing customer outcomes at RX events with digital tools. In this role, you will contribute by identifying and scaling high-impact commercial techniques across global events, ensuring consistent delivery of excellence and measurable growth.

About The Role

The Senior Commercial Manager, Digital Products drives commercial excellence across RX’s global digital portfolio by leading pricing strategy, willingness-to-pay research, and scaling best practices. The role partners with commercial, product, and sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, embed digital into pricing frameworks, and coach teams for success. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Enablement, the manager supports executive-level reviews and may represent leadership in strategic meetings. This position requires strong commercial acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to simplify complex strategies into actionable plans, and is positioned as a potential succession path to the Director role.

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen Commercial Execution Globally: Partner with regional pricing experts to unlock pricing opportunities and drive growth on key events, aligning global recommendations with local market goals
  • Support the Director in enhancing commercial performance in larger markets
  • Lead pricing strategies for new products and features, backed by research and global models
  • Develop scalable commercial frameworks to support consistent revenue growth
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Director, contributing to long-term planning
Commercial Analysis and Insight Generation
  • Analyze performance data to uncover revenue opportunities, pricing risks, and trends
  • Lead proactive SWOT-style reviews with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Provide oversight to an offshore analyst, ensuring quality insights and professional development
Elevate Commercial Fluency Across the Digital Product
  • Build commercial acumen across the team through coaching, tools, and frameworks
  • Model strategic thinking in meetings and help others grow their commercial mindset
Build and Scale Commercial Best Practice Globally
  • Partner with Best Practice Manager to capture and scale successful pricing and revenue growth strategies
  • Integrate digital pricing into the SQM framework and pilot in select Business Units
  • Create case studies and frameworks to drive consistency and inspire change
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue growth, ideally in digital or B2B environments
  • Experience in ancillary products or multiple go-to-market monetisation approaches (add-ons, tiered product, use-case packaging, free and paid versions) – will be considered an advantage
  • Proven skills in market and SWOT analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven success in driving commercial performance across markets
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinker with leadership potential and excellent communication skills
  • Proven success in pricing design and value-based monetisation
  • Experience line managing or dotted line management, and/or experience in a leadership role coaching others
