A healthcare service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Clinician to lead and support Associate clinicians within their Neurodevelopmental teams. This role involves clinical oversight, interviews for new hires, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications, experience in Autism assessments, and a commitment to ethical practices. As a Senior Clinician (Associate Network), you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopmental Associate (Autism and/or ADHD) teams supporting Associate clinicians with your clinical expertise on cases, MDT’s, WIP, safeguarding, clinical enquiries and helping improve clinical quality.
As Senior Clinician, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to interview Associate Clinicians. You’ll support clinical onboarding, leading welcome calls, whilst undertaking quality checks and assurance and competence sign off. You’ll also be responsible for ongoing monitoring of clinical compliance, case management, KPIs and quality, escalating themes and trends to the Clinical Operations Manager, Heads of, and other key stakeholders.
A key component of this role is to foster a strong community of practice across the service, ensuring consistent clinical coverage, shared learning, and alignment in how we deliver care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinician to work with other clinicians to help Healios deliver our services to our clients in an exciting role that combines your clinical expertise, organisational and leadership skills.
You’ll hold your own case load (as required) and will provide sickness absence cover as needed.

You will also be asked to provide two professional references as a minimum.
